Does this trial cost anything?

Nope, not a penny. We will install our Fixed Wireless internet service at no charge and the service and equipment are free for the entirety of the trial.

What’s the process and how long will it take to start?

Once your sign-up is received and we confirm your address is part of the trial, a service agent will call and schedule the installation. The trial lasts for 30 days.

Will there be testing equipment in my home?

Not at all. We monitor speed and performance from our headquarters.

Will I have to cancel my current provider?

Your current service must be discontinued during the trial. We recommend requesting your current provider pause your service, as many offer this option when customers go on vacations.

What happens after the 30-day trial ends?

After 30 days, you’ll automatically be enrolled and billed for your preselected tier unless you cancel first. If higher speeds are available, a Sales Rep will reach out. If you like what you see, cancel your current service for good (assuming your provider agreed to pause service), sit back and enjoy super-fast, always reliable Point Broadband Internet.

What if I don’t want to keep the service?

Should you choose not to continue, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
