Does this trial cost anything?

Nope, not a penny. We will install our Fixed Wireless internet service at no charge and the service and equipment are free for the entirety of the trial.

What’s the process and how long will it take to start?

Once your sign-up is received and we confirm your address is part of the trial, a service agent will call and schedule the installation. The trial lasts for 3 months.

Will there be testing equipment in my home?

Not at all. We monitor speed and performance from our headquarters.

Will I have to cancel my current provider?

Your current service must be discontinued during the trial. We recommend requesting your current provider pause your service, as many offer this option when customers go on vacations.

What happens after the 3 month trial ends?

At the end of the 3 month trial, we’ll reach out with your results and an exclusive offer tailored to your home. If speeds higher than 100 Mbps are available, our representative will let you know. You will then begin being billed moving forward for the offer and speed you choose.

What if I don’t want to keep the service?

Should you choose not to continue, simply cancel before the trial ends or when the representative reaches out at the end of the trial.
