HOW TO ENROLL IN THE CUSTOMER PORTAL

To Manage Your Account and Pay Your Bill Online, You Must Enroll in the Point Broadband Customer Portal.

You will need your account number and your CPNI default password to complete enrollment.  If you don’t have this, please contact us at 844-407-6468.

Step 1

Go to https://customerportal.point-broadband.com/ (be sure to bookmark this site for future use).
Click CREATE ACCOUNT.

Complete the registration form with your personal information, the username and password you want to use (DO NOT USE THE CPNI PASSWORD HERE), and your account number.
Click GET REGISTRATION CODE.

Step 3

You will be emailed a verification code and a link to complete your registration.
If you do not receive the verification email, check your SPAM or JUNK folder.

Step 4

Follow the link in the email and enter the verification code and your CPNI password.
Click CONTINUE.

Accept TERMS & CONDITIONS and you will see your account information.

Step 6

You should now see your account summary.
If you’d like to CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD and set up your TWO SECURITY QUESTIONS for account recovery, click the icon at the top right and go to Privacy Preferences.
The next time you log-in, you’ll only need the USERNAME AND PASSWORD you created.
