PROJECT NEXT LEVEL FIBER INFORMATION AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

OVERVIEW

A multi-million-dollar project to upgrade our existing network is underway in Michigan. We will install state-of-the-art equipment, providing our customers with the fastest and most reliable next level internet service available. As part of this project, we must replace the equipment at your home and business with new upgraded equipment. The first step in this process is for customers to complete the contact form at point-broadband.com/nextlevelfiber.

Once we are ready to install new equipment, customers will be notified and must schedule an appointment at https://bit.ly/pbbnextlevel. You’ll be selecting a 1.5-hour window for us to arrive. You will need to be present during this appointment. An email will be sent to the customer to confirm the appointment.
