  • Eligible Lifeline voice-only customers get a $5.25 discount on their phone bill.

How to Apply

To apply for Lifeline Assistance, simply follow these easy steps below.

Apply on USAC

All customers are required to apply for Lifeline via the United Service Administrative Co. (USAC) website. Under "Qualify for Lifeline" enter your state and click “Get Started.”

Complete Application

The USAC site will guide you through how to apply online or by downloading and mailing in your application.

Notify Point Broadband

After the USAC qualification has been completed, notify Point Broadband with your confirmation number to get the discount added to your qualifying service.
